How UTCC is Governed:
The UTCC follows a constitution and bylaws. An annual Representative Assembly (RA) establishes the goals and objectives of the UTCC, approves the budget, and sets dues. A Board of Directors, which meets monthly, manages the activities and programs of the UTCC between annual RA's.

The Board of Directors consists of one director from each local,with one additional director for each one hundred (100) members, or majority fraction thereof, beyond the first one hundred (100). Locals may have a maximum of 4 members on the UTCC Board of Directors. The Board elects a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and the UTCC representative to the WEAC Board.
