WEAC secretary-treasurer visits Appleton

Betsy Kippers, WEAC secretary-treasurer, speaks at the Appleton Paraprofessional Association's fall general meeting. Kippers talked about the four levels to which association members belong (local, WEAC-Fox Valley, WEAC, NEA) and gave a brief summary of each.
