The Rock Valley Education Professionals is comprised of a group of local Associations that represent educators in the Beloit, Beloit-Turner, Clinton, Janesville, Milton, and Whitewater School Districts. The UniServ provides support to the local associations to improve the working conditions of members and bolster the quality of education in Wisconsin.
