What is the ESP Certificate Program?

The ESP Certificate program is structured to provide Education Support Professionals with professional development that is progressively rigorous and focused.

It is a "career continuum" approach, where participants move from instruction in a broad variety of content areas, to more concentrated learning in specific topics. Level I of the Certificate requires classes in four core curriculum areas as well as a number of elective choices. Level II requires a larger number if instructional hours, with in-depth learning in one or two specific content areas.
