Teachers talk about National Board certification in new video

The National Board for Professional Teaching Standards has released a video that delivers real-life, classroom-focused examples of National Board Certified Teachers making a difference in students’ lives.
These powerful images contained in the 10-minute presentation, “National Board Certified Teachers: Excellence, Leadership, Results,” are backed by testimonials from legislators, business leaders, education officials and teachers themselves attesting to the impact NBCTs-proven teacher leaders-have in classrooms, schools and communities nationwide.
The video, made possible through support from the Ford Foundation, can be viewed by visiting the NBPTS Web site at www.nbpts.org/video.
