Lehman declares victory in 21st Senate District recall race

John Lehman declared victory in 21st Senate District recall race early this morning. His victory gives Democrats control of the Senate. With 100% of the vote counted, Lehman had 36,255 votes to 35,476 for Republican Van Wanggaard. The margin of 779 could bring a recount.
