Clintonville educators raise awareness of the need for school funding reform

In their part to Move Education Forward, educators in Clintonville held a no-sale cookout on April 23, giving away free hamburgers and hot dogs. The action was part of WEAC’s Moving Education Forward campaign to bring awareness to the need for school funding reform. “It is time for educators and education supporters across the state to come together and tell the story of what’s happening in public schools,” said Elisha Writt, a third-grade teacher at Clintonville’s Rexford/Longfellow Elementary School and co-president of the Clintonville Education Association.
