The Ashwaubenon Education Association, the Ashwaubenon Education Support Professionals, and the Ashwaubenon Substitute Teacher Association worked together to sponsor the first annual Gift of Education Dinner March 9 at Ashwaubenon High School. Money raised will fund a $1,000 Gift of Education Scholarship for an AHS senior this spring. The goal is to increase attendance and raise more money every year to help more deserving Ashwaubenon graduates further their educations. In addition to raising money for this worthy cause, this was an excellent opportunity for the three associations to work together, show district officials their unity, and promote the many positive contributions they make to the community.
