Northwest United Educators Director Toby Paone conducts a lecture as part of the Bargaining Behavior Training for nine ESP negotiators in January 2005. The training was held in the NUE office, and was an adaptation of the NEA Bargaining Behavior Training, Modules I and II. The training included lecture, video, activities, and two bargaining simulations.
