Representative Joan Ballweg addresses South Central Education Association and Three Rivers United Educators members during the second of two SCEA/TRUE legislative dinners. Nancy Habegar (right), TRUE legislative committee chair, served as the event's master of ceremonies.

The dinner was held at the Heidel House in Green Lake. Representative J. A. Hines and Liam Goldrick, Governor Doyle's education policy advisor, also attended.
