Congressman Paul Ryan visited Pleasant View School in
Franklin March 22 to celebrate NEA’s Read Across America. During
his visit, Rep. Ryan toured the school and read the Dr. Seuss classic
"Green Eggs and Ham" to a group of students.
Rep. Ryan’s visit to Pleasant View School was arranged by the
members of the Congressional District 1 Federal Advocacy and Communications
Team, a group of WEAC members and staff working to foster relationships
with members of Congress. The CD1 team members are Joe Kiriaki, Jack
Clement, Jeff Dahlberg, Andrew Feuling, Sally Heideman, Ray Heideman,
Nancy Koeckenberg, Jason Mathes, Rick Moore, Michael Orth, Chris Perillo,
and Judy Scovell.
