WEAC Executive Director Michael A. Butera explains Wisconsin's collective bargaining process and education politics to visitors from Pakistan. The University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, in partnership with Eastern Washington University and in collaboration with the University of Northern Colorado, sponsored a two-month training plan for the Pakistani district school system administrators, educators, and civic/non-governmental leaders. The project is also funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development. WEAC's Professional Development Academy coordinated the Pakistanis' visit to the WEAC office in Madison as part of their tour of the United States.
