Northwest United Educators members listen to UniServ Director Tim Schultz during Bargaining Behavior Training at the NUE office March 5-7. NUE conducted this training for the eight members of the CESA #11 Head Start bargaining team. The training included instruction in basic bargaining terms, skills and techniques. Participants learned the basic dilemmas of bargaining and issue manipulation and control, and were able to practice their learnings through the World Bank bargaining game and a simulated bargaining session where the participants were divided into two teams to negotiate several issues.
