Win tickets for your class to attend Weather Day at Miller Park April 28

The Milwaukee Brewers and Today's TMJ4 are teaming up for a day of fun and learning at Miller Park, and, as a WEAC member, you can win free tickets for you and your entire class to attend Weather Day on April 28. This special day includes the Milwaukee Brewers taking on the Pittsburgh Pirates in a 12:10 p.m. game.

You must be a WEAC member to win the tickets. All you need to do to qualify is tell us why your class would like to attend Weather Day at Miller Park. Simply click here and comment at the bottom of the article or enter your comment on the WEAC Facebook Page. The entry deadline is noon, April 7. Be sure to provide your name and your school so we can contact you.

The winner will be randomly selected from among those who enter comments.

The Milwaukee Brewers are donating the tickets. WEAC will help cover transportation costs for your school district to bus students to the game and back. Weather Day activities commence at 9:30 a.m., and the game begins at 12:10 p.m. Please check with your school officials to make sure your class can participate in this activity before entering the contest.

During Weather Day at Miller Park, students will enjoy a special meteorology lesson from Storm Team 4 meteorologists and a visit from Bernie Brewer and the Klement's Famous Racing Sausages, along with a special Science Fair featuring the Discovery World and the Learning Shop before watching the Brewers take on the Pittsburgh Pirates.

There will be many opportunities to tie this all-star field trip into your curriculum in the days leading up to April 28.

This is the 2nd Annual Weather Day at Miller Park. Last year, teacher Anne Baldwin of Highland won tickets, and brought her 7th and 8th graders on the field trip they will not soon forget.
