This association is dedicated to: promoting quality public education; providing retirement with dignity; protecting state pension/benefits; and advocating for human, civil, and economic rights for all. They are a chapter of WEAC-Retired, a statwide affiliate of the Wisconsin Education Association Council created specifically for retired public school employees. KMUC-Retired is also affiliated with the National Education Association (NEA), and NEA-Retired. The NEA is the largest public education personnel organization in the United States. Voting membership in KMUC-Retired is open to all retired public education personnel: teacher, support person, or administrator.

When you retire, you only retire from your job. You don't lose interest in the profession and you don't walk away from the many friendships that you've developed. Like many others who have already retired, you'll want to maintain a relashipship with the profession and your colleagues. Stay connected with other public education employees who are working to protect local and state pension benefits, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and the well-being of public education.

Help protect the benefits and services that took a lifetime to obtain! That's why KMUC-Retired exists!

If you are interested in joining KMUC-Retired refer to the brochure above. The enrollment form is also above for printing. The brochure and enrollment form are available in PDF format. To view the forms, you will need the free Adobe Reader plugin.
