Chilton EA

Elkhart Lake/Glenbeulah EA
The Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah School District is located in the beautiful rolling hills of east central Wisconsin, bordering the northern edge of the Kettle Moraine State forest. The district serves approximately 532 FTE students in two buildings located on the same campus. Our mission is to challenge, inspire and empower all students in a caring innovative learning environment. Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah students are primarily middle class caucasians with approximately 14% identified for special education programming.

Elkhart Lake/Glenbeulah ESP

Howards Grove EA
The Howards Grove School District is a rural district located approximately 5- miles north of Milwaukee. The student population for the school district is approximately 950 Early Childhood through Grade 12 students. The district is comprised of three school buildings -- the Northview Elementary School, providing educational services to students in Early Childhood through Grade 4; the Howards Grove Middle School, providing educational services to students in grades 5-8; and the Howards Grove High School, providing educational services to students in grades 9-12. The Howards Grove School District's student population is predominantly Caucasian/white, with less than one percent of the student body being made up of minority students. In December 2005, the Howards Grove School District reported that 10.73% of the district's student population was identified as needing special educational services. The state average for that same period of time was 12.56%.

Kohler EA
The School District of Kohler is a small suburban school district. It's students' ACT average is consistently in the top ten of all school districts in the State of Wisconsin. The testing scores on the Wisconsin Knowledge and Concepts Exam given by the State of Wisconsin are well above the State average and tops in Eastern Wisconsin. The student population comes from families that have a higher than the state average family income. Kohler has a 4% poverty rate. Kohler schools are dedicated to the education of all students through a wide range of educational and extra-curricular programing.

New Holstein EA
The School District of New Holstein is one of eight school districts in the Eastern Wisconsin conference, serving children 4K through grade 12. Currently our enrollment is approximately 1,200 students. Per 2005-06 data, our special education prevalence in the District is 21% at the elementary level, 14% at the middle level and 10% at the high school level. 2004-05 data show a 14% poverty rate. The District's ethnic makeup is 95% Caucasian, with 2% Hispanic and low incidence of other ethnic backgrounds.

Our school district includes about 125 square miles in the beautiful northern Kettle Moraine area with the Niagara Escarpment and Ledge a dominant landmark. Our District comprises the City of New Holstein, the Towns of Brothertown, Calumet, Charlestown, Greenbush, Marshfield, New Holstein, Russell, Taycheedah, and the Villages of Mt. Calvary and St. Cloud. District residents hail from the counties of Calumet, Fond du Lac and Sheboygan. We enjoy miles of open farm land, the eastern shores of Lake Winnebago and many beautiful homes in a rural and suburban setting. While identified as a suburban district, we offer the serenity of a rural setting, the advantages of technologically advanced schools, and close proximity to the cultural, educational and entertainment advantages found in the Green Bay and Fox Valley urban areas. Our district includes approximately 108 professional staff and 72 support staff members. The District is governed by a seven-person Board of Education committed to the principals of shared decision making and continuous improvement.

The District has a well-defined and excellent educational system for all students, including those with special needs, gifted and talented, and children with diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.


Plymouth EA
Located in the heart of rural Sheboygan County, the Plymouth Joint School District serves the familie of approximately 2,450 students from the City of Plymouth, the Village of Cascade and surrounding townships, encompassing 150 square miles in all. There is one high school, one middle school, and three elementary schools within the Plymouth city limits, and one elementary school located in Cascade eight miles to the south. 17.1% of the students qualify for free and reduced lunch, 14.8% of the students have been classified as having a disability under special education, and the district serves around 30 English Language Learners (ELL) that speak primarily Spanish.

Sheboygan EA
The Sheboygan Area School District is recognized as a leader in establishing innovative and successful academic programs. The district focuses on improving learning opportunities and raising expectations for student achievement. 1,500 teachers, support staff and administrators serve the approximately 10,000 students in early childhood through grade 12. Board members, staff, parents, students and community members are proud of the many creative and dedicated people employed here. The students also benefit from strong community support and a high level of parental involvement in the schools. The district's well-maintained facitlities include two high schools, an alternative high school, three middle schools, 12 elementary schools and an early learning center.

Sheboygan Falls ESP
The School District of Sheboygan Falls, which is located in rural Sheboygan County, serves 1750 students in a pre-K-12 program that includes a comprehensive basic skills curriculum, a variety of college prep and enrichment programs, a full range of co-curricular activities and an excellent program for special needs students. Over the past decade, the District's free and reduced lunch eligible student population has grown from about 6% to nearly 25%; additionally, the District increasingly serves a population of English Language Learners.

The School District of Sheboygan Falls, which is located in rural Sheboygan County, serves 1750 students in a pre-K-12 program that includes a comprehensive basic skills curriculum, a variety of college prep and enrichment programs, a full range of co-curricular activities and an excellent program for special needs students. Over the past decade, the District's free and reduced lunch eligible student population has grown from about 6% to nearly 25%; additionally, the District increasingly serves a population of English Language Learners.

Two Rivers EA
The Two Rivers School District is a rural school district that is able to offer expanded curriculum opportunities for its students while preserving the small town atmosphere throughout all its buildings. The current district enrollment is just under 2,000 and despite the declining enrollment, the district has been able to preserve small class sizes at the elementary level through effective long-range budget planning. The district has established a systematic analysis of student data to develop district curriculum plans, district goals, and appropriate building action plans.

The Two Rivers School District has four buildings: two elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. The district has an overall 8.7% minority population with 29.21% of students who receive free or reduced lunch. Two of the district buildings are designated as Title I buildings. The district also is SAGE district for one elementary. The district has 13% of the student population as qualifying for special needs.
