Thirteen members earn WEAC Bargaining Certificates

Thirteen WEAC members earned WEAC Bargaining Certificates this year. The Bargaining Certificate program provides a comprehensive set of coursework to develop the skill base of new negotiators, while deepening and broadening the expertise of seasoned negotiators in advanced bargaining issues.

The following eight individuals received their certificates at the 2009 Winter Conference:

• Nancy Kuczmarski, Rhinelander Education Association
• Alvina Lutz, Wausau Education Association
• Donald Lutz, WEAC-Retired
• Alysia Martinez, Gateway Tech Education Association
• Tim McCarthy, Northshore United Educators - Glendale-River Hills Chapter
• Gregory Sawyer, Green Bay Education Association
• Carol Sims, Milwaukee Education Assistants Association

The following five individuals also completed the Bargaining Certificate requirements but were not able to attend the Winter Conference ceremony.

• Richard Fanning, Evansville Education Association
• Julie Graber, West Central Education Association-Ellsworth
• Kaycee Marks, Wisconsin Rapids Education Association
