Help develop next generation science standards

You are invited to join an ADP Network call regarding Achieve's work, in partnership with a number of other organizations, to develop next generation science standards.
The first phase of the work is the National Research Council (NRC)'s development of a Conceptual Framework that will guide the development of new science education standards. Until August 2, 2010, the NRC will gather feedback from stakeholders on the Draft Conceptual Science Framework through a number of ways, including an online survey available on the Project Website. In addition, Achieve and two other partners - the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) and the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) - are contacting stakeholders for organizational feedback as a step beyond what they might submit through the online survey. (The NRC anticipates releasing the Final Framework in Winter 2010.)
