Senate OKs Appointments of Opperman and Ott

The Senate on Tuesday (October 16, 2001) confirmed the appointments of two WEAC members to the state Professional Standards Council for Teachers.

The appointees are Diane Opperman of Iola-Scandinavia and Marlene Ott of South Milwaukee.

The council advises the state superintendent about Wisconsin's new teacher licensure rules and other issues.
