Legislator Proposes $30 Million Plan for MPS

State Representative Antonio Riley is proposing the state spend $30 million a year for summer school and all-day kindergarten for Milwaukee Public Schools students.

Riley says the state should fund programs that have a proven track record of improving student achievement.
