"We're doing this to inform the public of the negative effects that revenue caps have had on public school funding," Olson said.
Participants (bottom) who completed the entire 12-mile first-day walk celebrate a successful day at a wayside just south of Fifield on Highway 13. Other participants walked part of the route.
