FastStart speeds member access to the prescription drug home delivery program
The Trust's prescription drug home delivery program is a convenient way to obtain medications you take on an ongoing basis. You can receive a 90-day supply of your medications and you may reduce your copayment.
Here is how to sign up for FastStart:
1. Call FastStart toll-free at (866) 776-5677 and tell them you want to fill your prescription for home delivery. Then they'll call your doctor to get the process started.
2. When calling FastStart, you'll need to provide the following information: -Your subscriber number from your WEA Trust ID card. -Names of the long-term medications you would like to receive via home delivery. -Your doctor's name and phone number. -The address to which you'd like the prescriptions mailed.
You'll receive your prescriptions within 10 to 14 days from the date you contact FastStart. You can then order future refills by phone, mail, or online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
