More than 900 Badger Boys State citizens create a map
of Wisconsin on the football field at Ripon College. Badger Boys State
is an eight-day event for high school boys to learn about government.
During the event, the boys form their own "state," and develop
basic laws and a constitution, and elect a governing body.
