More than 500 educational assistants participated in learning opportunities August 22-23 at an inservice organized by the Racine Unified School District, the Racine Educational Assistants' Association (REAA) and WEAC. The training was at Case High School. Several WEAC staff members, including Fran McNett, Nancy Clark and Joanne Huston presented sessions. Participants could earn credits toward an Educational Support Personnel Certificate through the WEAC Professional Development Academy.
