Educators embrace their artistic side

In early October, 35 Milwaukee Public School K-8 classroom teachers, art specialists, librarians and exceptional education specialists attended a day-long in-service at the John Michael Kohler Arts Center in Sheboygan. The event was part of a new alliance between the facility and the Milwaukee-based Arts @ Large—a non-profit multidisciplinary arts education organization.

The program was offered at the John Michael Kohler Arts Center in conjunction with the Wisconsin Art Education Association.
