President Ed Ludwig Dear fellow LEA Member, I am happy to welcome you to our website. We hope to better realize the goals of our organization through the use of this website. The LEA is an organization that promotes the education; fosters professional spirit and unity; and encourages teachers to exercise their rights and privileges as citizens. It is here to promote the welfare of its members in the areas of working conditions, wages and salaries, contractual agreements, and other teacher benefits. During my time as your president, I have learned that one of our associations biggest challenges is to keep our members informed of issues and concerns. This site is a means to meet this challenge. You can now use this site to better familiarize yourself with our contracts, representatives, and members. If you can't find the answers to your questions, please do not hesitate to call upon your building representatives or LEA Officers for further assistance. Your President, Ed Ludwig P.S.
