The Three License Stages

If you are a teacher who currently holds a renewable license, you have the option of taking university credits or creating a professional development plan. You will thus be able to move back and forth between the credit-based system and the professional plan-based system at your discretion.

If you hold a lifetime license there are no additional requirements for you, but you will have increased opportunities for professional growth. We can anticipate that many veteran teachers will serve as mentors, for example.
