Call to Order: 4:34pm by President Richard Gould

Council 10 Report – Sue M. • A BIG THANK YOU to all who filled out postcards, manned phone banks, or donated to the Dollars for Doyle. Doyle re-elected – YEA!!!

Legislative Report – Linda R • Election updates. • Winter Conference (Milwaukee Hilton) will be Feb. 23 – 24, 2007. Register online at www.weac.org. There will be PDP Training, PR training, as well as several other great opportunities. • Midwest Conference (Chicago) will be Jan. 19 – 21, 2007.Please contact Linda Riesen at FPMS for registration information if you are interested in attending.

Grievance Update – Jill R./Jason M. MOTION Paula D. (Andy M. seconded) to move into Executive Session. PASSED The Board discussed pending grievances for 55 minutes.

PR Committee – Kim • Hub letter to the editor looked great. • School Board meetings are now covered by all schools. Thanks! • BRs will distribute the first edition of "What Has the FEA Done For Me Lately" to all members. • BRs will distribute the Medical Issues Workshop flyers to all members.

Old Business •Volunteers Needed Volunteers are still needed for the Good Works Committee and FICON at FHS.Please contact Richard Gould at FHS if you are interested.These are really great ways to get involved in a way that is not too time consuming!!

•Political Postings Please speak to building administrators before posting anything political on your FEA bulletin board. •Extra Curricular Supervision Update •Elementary Computer Training Elementary computer training after the 8-hour workday is NOT mandatory. •District Course Offerings Update There should be more offerings for Encore staff.

New Business •Fall General Membership Meeting We will try to schedule a General Membership meeting to coincide with the distribution of the new contract as well as a vote on a new calendar for 2007-08.More information to follow. •Sick Day Donations The FEA has attempted to bargain the expansion of sick day contribution.This did not happen in the current contract.
