May 2011
Greetings CEA Member, The CEA has three very important updates for all CEA Members.

1. Bargaining Survey Please take the time to fill out the CEA's bargaining survey for the 2011-2012 contract year. These results will be read by the CEA Bargaining team only and will be used to set forth the priorities in the coming bargaining session with the School District of Cudahy. The survey will be open through next week Wednesday, May 25th, so please fill it out before then!

2. Electronic Transfer Forms (ETF) A CEA Building Representative(BR) will approach you soon with an ETF form. The goal is to get 100% of current CEA members to sign up for automatic deduction payments, from the account of your choice, for all union dues (NEA, WEAC, Council 10, CEA) prior to Wednesday, June 8th. This will simplify the dues payment process and assure that you have access to 100% of Union services regardless of the outcome of Governor Walker's ACT 10 (Budget Repair Bill). Please return this information to your BR with a voided personal check as soon as possible.

3. CEA Election Ballots

Due to miscommunication and unreliable PONY delivery the CEA ballots that were to have been distributed to all CEA Members last week, will in fact be distributed at the end of this week. If you have not received a CEA officer ballot by next week Monday, May 23, please respond to this email. Any ballots that were already turned in (I think Park View & Jones) will be destroyed and those individuals will be asked to cast an additional ballot. Also, please consider nominating a coworker in your building as a Building Representative for 2011-2012, by writing their name in the "write-in" line.

Last but not least, if you are willing to participate in the Cudahy 4th of July Parade by walking or driving your decorated car in the parade, reply to this email by Friday, May 27th.

Thank you and see you at the Retirement Dinner Thursday, June 2nd.
