Janesville teachers toss "Tommy dollars" into a bonfire. Tommy dollars are used to represent the earnings teachers have lost due to the Qualified Economic Offer law and the programs and resources schools have lost due to the revenue controls placed on them by Governor Thompson and the Legislature.
