If you have other coverage consider the following:

• Does one employer offer an alternate benefit (such as cash alternative or a Tax-Sheltered Annuity) if health insurance is waived?
• Compare the plans
• Choose the best plan (or plans) for you. Some plans don't cover certain expenses (mental health, certain transplants, etc.), so you may decide to be double covered.
