| Online Classroom Management Class Thursday, October 26 - 1:00-4:00 p.m. Bob & Adrienne Nerad, WEA Professional Development Academy By attending this hands-on session, you will try out a new online Classroom Management class developed by the WEA Professional Development Academy. Topics covered include: motivating students, setting up an effective classroom structure, handling parent conferences, dealing with discipline problems, the role of humor, and more. A series of video clips illustrate some of the concepts. This workshop will begin with an interactive focus on classroom management in general, followed by an orientation to the online class and the opportunity to participate in a sample lesson. The class is approved for credit through Cardinal Stritch University, and instructions on how to sign up for the class and the credit will be provided. Space is limited so sign up early!
