WEA Trust consultations: WEA Trust representatives will be available to consult with you, your bargaining team, or a small group on a variety of issues including insurance related bargaining proposals, saving for retirement (TSAs), and individual member benefits (home, auto, umbrella insurance and IRAs). Sign up at registration.
Confirmation: Confirmation packets will be mailed for registered participants the weeks of June 20 and July 11. Hotel information will be included.
Hotel: WEAC will make hotel reservations for registered participants. Hotel check in begins at 3 p.m. on Sunday. Information about hotel is available at www.radisson.com/appletonwi. Note: Please do not call the hotel to make your own reservation.
PDA ESP credits: Credits will be available for some sessions. Call 800-362-8034, ext. 301 for more information.
Registration savings: Registering early saves you money. Register by June 15 for the best value. If four registrations are received in the same envelope by June 15 you pay for only three. Come as a group of four and save!
Recreation: The picnic on Monday, August 1 is included in your registration and will have food and fun for everyone! Appleton has a variety of recreation opportunities and convention bureau staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
Non-member guests: Welcome! Additional rooming/meal charges are listed on the registration form. Space is limited.
Training rooms: Participants should bring a sweater or wear layers in anticipation of cool, air-conditioned training rooms.
