Monday and Tuesday only - These 45-minute classes will begin at 3:15 p.m. and are optional. A list of classes with their respective room numbers will be available each day in the cafeteria. There is no need to register in advance...just be there!

Each participant will get a hands-on tour of WEAC's commitment to bringing
organizational services to members through the Internet. Learn how to

Yoga

BASIC MEDA-YOGA CLASS
This class will help bring harmony and balance to your outer and inner
life. Whether you are an experienced yogi or have never tried yoga before,
you will find this basic course soothes and uplifts your body and spirits.
Participants should come with empty stomachs (no food for at least one
hour before), wearing comfortable clothes, and bring at least one blanket.

to rate a diet and how to be successful at weight management for life!
The Art of Rubber Stamping

It's a "Make and Take" opportunity. Come learn the art of rubber stamping
in three phases. 1) Basic stamping; 2) Embossing; 3) Creative folds -
unique cards for those unique friends. Everyone attending will make and
take a card home with them as well as be given a free sample card, or
bookmark, or gift box.

You've heard about individual retirement accounts (IRAs), one of the best
retirement savings opportunities available to public education professionals.
But you may not understand exactly why they're so beneficial or how they
can be used along with tax-sheltered annuities. This session will clear
the air on the most prevalent myths about Traditional and Roth IRAs. Mr.
Mabie has been a financial consultant with the Trust since 1992.
Things Your Agent Should Have Told You About Your
Auto and Home Insurance

Auto and home insurance mistakes can be costly and, worse, can leave you
unprotected. In this session, you will discover the most common and costly
auto and home insurance pitfalls, and you will receive information to
help you evaluate your present coverage. This seminar will provide you
with a unique look at things you should have been told by your agent.
Mr. Denk is the CEO and Executive Director of WEAC Member Benefit Trust,
and has been with the Trust since 1995.
Air Quality: Is Your Building Hazardous to Your Health?

Indoor air quality is a concern for you and your students. Too many Wisconsin
buildings are sick schools that are endangering students and staff. Learn
how you can use the "Tools for Schools" kit provided by the NEA and EPA
to address air quality issues. You can become proactive with these serious
health issues.
